Payment

All major Credit/Debit cards are accepted through Paypal. Bank transfer is also possible, and indeed is preferred for higher value items. If you wish to pay via this method please contact us prior to purchase.

Shipping

Domestic Postage

First Class Recorded delivery is free within the UK. This is an estimated 1-2 working day service that requires a signature upon delivery and is insured to 100x the value of a first class stamp against loss/damage.

Special Delivery is also available on all items and offers guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day, a signature upon delivery and up to £500 compensation against loss/damage or consequential loss. This service is charged at £3.99

International Postage

We ship worldwide! International postage is by Royal Mail International Signed-For Airmail. This is an estimated 3-4 working day service to Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. This is charged at £6.99 for any item to Europe, and £8.99 to the rest of the world.

This service requires a signature upon delivery and is insured to 100x the value of a 1st class stamp. If you require extra insurance, please contact us prior to sending payment. It is solely the buyer\'s responsibility to settle any customs duties/import charges and to ensure that items ordered are legal for purchase and mail transit to their shipping address.

Dispatch

Items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm (Mon-Fri), there is no weekend dispatch. Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are given below. If you require a faster service please select \'Special Delivery\' (if in the UK), or contact us prior to payment (if further abroad). Additional insurance is also available upon request.

Items are dispatched to the postal address provided by Paypal so please ensure that this is correct prior to completing your purchase.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is a top priority and if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you are welcome to return it.

For items which are faulty we will of course offer a full refund and pay your return postage to ensure you are not out of pocket!

Returns for other reasons are also accepted according to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. Buyers have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 working days of purchase; please notify us by email if you would like to return an item for any reason in order that we may facilitate this. Items must be returned unused/undamaged and at buyer\'s cost.

We will automatically leave buyers positive feedback after a successful transaction.
